WooHoo Gal: Who Is the Woo-Hoo Gal?

My name is Beverly, and I am a wife, mama, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
My goal is being the best I can be in each of these roles. I want my husband, children, parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members to feel love, respected, and honored by me. I do what I can to make our home a happy place, our gatherings and events special and unique, and daily life fun and a step above the ordinary. I'm far from perfect, and so is my home, but it's a journey, and I'm learning to love it.

I love networking with friends, sharing ideas, and discussing what you've tried that you love, or what not to waste my time and money on.

Here are some things you need to know about Woo-Hoo Gal:

1. I am SO not a photographer, so don't expect professional quality pictures with my posts. I use my plain ole' ordinary camera, or one of the kids, or whatever I can find with a memory card & charged batteries. All of my fabulous photog pals rest in peace knowing that I have ZERO interest in stealing their business or craft. Sorry about the so-so pics, but I'll do my best.

2. I am not a fan of bad grammar, but I often make mistakes. My punctuation stinks! I'm not really here to showcase my skills in that area, but again, I will do my best, but expect mistakes, typos and the like... LOTS of them! (by the way I'm a big fan of {!}, but I try not to use multiples of them consecutively.

3. Along with not being a professional photographer, or editor, I am also NOT a professional decorator, chef, child behavior specialist, gardener, skin-care expert, or fashion consultant. I know just enough about all of the above to be dangerous! My posts are made up from my interests and experiences.

4. I love, love, love to hear from you! Your comments, emails, and Facebook posts are instant happy pills!

5. My most important relationship is the one I have with God. He has given my life purpose and my heart salvation.

The scripture found in Philippians 4:8 is the very basis for this blog.
